Mesotherapy Treatment

Mesotherapy is a non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that employs ultrafine needles to precisely deliver a potent cocktail of naturally rejuvenating ingredients. The skin's deep mesodermal layers contain organized structures of collagen and elastin fibers, which are essential ingredients in the prevention of premature aging. Targeting this area with rejuvenating agents strengthens and rebuilds these organized structures, tightening sagging, loose skin and plumping fine lines and wrinkles. Microneedling's gentle approach makes it suitable for delicate areas such as the face, neck, décolletage, hands, and hairline.

 Mesotherapy with DermaShine® Pro

The DermaShine® Pro is an innovative a digital infusion system designed to deliver skin boosters into the patient's dermal and subdermal areas. It enables precise dosing and uniform products delivery with a software controlled system. The applied vacuum triggering technology helps user easily perform a treatment and enables to reduce treatment time with a 9 needles cartridge that permits multiple site skin booster delivery at the same time. These features allow safe and effective treatment and maximize patient’s satisfaction.

All you need to know about Mesotherapy.
How does Mesotherapy work?

Mesotherapy is a cosmetic procedure that creates small microchannels in the skin that reach deep into the tissues. This creates an area where the vitamin cocktail can be absorbed most effectively while also stimulating the natural release of growth factors and other essential molecules that work together to promote skin healing and regeneration. With a single treatment, we can effectively increase blood and lymph circulation, stimulate the production of fibroblasts (connective tissue cells), and increase collagen and elastin fibre levels, all without the need for an invasive surgical procedure.

What does Mesotherapy involve?

Mesotherapy is a non-invasive procedure in which small doses of medication are injected into the skin to treat a variety of conditions, including wrinkles, cellulite, hair loss, and scarring. It was created as an alternative to traditional medicine. Mesotherapy medication is typically made up of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, hormones, and other revitalizing ingredients (also known as biostimulants) that stimulate skin cells and allow them to function more effectively.

Mesotherapy treatments involve multiple micro-injections into the targeted area with a very fine needle. Depending on your goals and specific needs, your provider may cocktail different type of skin booster or adjust the dosage accordingly. During treatment sessions, you may feel some discomfort, but most patients report no pain at all due to the small needles used.

A typical mesotherapy treatment program consists of three to four sessions, with intervals ranging from 15 days to one month. A maintenance session is then suggested every two to three months.

What are the benefits of Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy stimulates cell metabolism and increases collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production by providing nutrients that cells require to function properly. It improves skin regeneration, hydration, and, overall, skin quality. Mesotherapy is recommended to prevent skin aging while also smoothing, firming, and restoring skin radiance. It can also be used in conjunction with topical products and other procedures like laser treatments or microneedling to achieve even better results!

How is Mesotherapy different from Botulinum Toxin injections

While both mesotherapy and botulinum toxin treatments aim to improve skin appearance, they use different methods to accomplish this. Mesotherapy injections are a series of small injections aimed at specific areas of the face or body. These injections contain a combination of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients intended to nourish and rejuvenate the skin. In contrast, botulinum toxin injections work by paralyzing the muscles that cause wrinkles. Overall, both treatments can be effective, but it's important to understand the differences before deciding which is best for you.

Detail on each Treatment area:

Fat Reduction:

Usually, two to four treatments (injections) are required at two to four-week intervals. Depending on the problem area, the number of procedures may increase. Because mesotherapy treatments for weight loss do not produce drastic results, they are typically recommended for patients who require minor fat reduction in specific areas, such as with body contouring.

1

Cellulite Reduction:

Approximately three to four treatments are required, with intervals of three to four weeks. While cellulite treatment is the least effective of the mesotherapy options, it is still effective for treating mild cases of cellulite.

2

Lower Eyes:

One or two treatments are recommended at six-week intervals. For Lower Eyes, the patient should take cortisone prior to the procedure, and swelling may last up to 6 weeks.

3

Facial Rejuvenation:

Three to four treatments are required at three to four-week intervals for the initial boost, and one treatment every two to three months as maintenance. It is one of the most popular mesotherapy treatments, and satisfied patients report significant improvements in their facial appearance.

4

Hair Loss:

The frequency of mesotherapy treatments is determined by the patient's needs and the severity of their hair loss. Most people require an initial set of 3-6 treatments spaced 2-4 weeks apart. Following the initial treatment, maintenance treatments may be required every 3-6 months to keep the results.

What are the benefits of face rejuvenation mesotherapy?

To get the most out of Mesotherapy, the formula that is injected into the skin or scalp is critical. A single mesotherapy cocktail can contain as many as 50 ingredients. The injections are administered using a mesotherapy gun, and those who dislike needles can choose no-needle mesotherapy.

Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN)

PDRN promotes cell viability, ECM formation, angiogenesis, and other medical applications.
Its initial application was to treat and repair damaged tissue, but it has since been developed for use in skin rejuvenation.
PDRN regenerates tissue by activating microvessels and stimulating fibroblasts to produce collagen.

15 Multi Peptides

Peptides are Growth Factors composed of 3 to 7 amino acids.
Peptides serve as intercellular messengers, transporting information from the brain to nerves and muscles.
It is an excellent skin regeneration component, also known as Baby Skin Solution.

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic Acid is an essential ingredient in anti-aging products.
It is also naturally occurring in skin tissues. Hyaluronic acid has restorative properties that can increase skin moisture, soothe, and protect against dry skin.

Glutathione

Glutathione called Vitamin G is an essential nutrient in the body.
It helps remove free radicals and inhibits the activity of the ingredients that make melanin pigments. Plus, the most important role is
skin whitening.

Collagen

It improves skin elasticity by stimulating cells that produce new skin tissue.

Cellofill Rejuve Skin Booster

3 Treatments                                                         $1080
The 5 Secrets of Cellofill Rejuve:
Secret 1. Multi-Biomimetic peptides
  • Biomimetic peptides are low-molecular biomaterials composed of amino acids and are the next generation bio-active materials with high activity and safety. It molecular structure is small that it penetrates easily into the skin and helps to synthesize collagen and elastin.

  • Copper Tripeptide-1 eliminates damaged collagen and elastin, suppresses scarring and helps regenerate skin. Acetyl hexapeptide-8, which is widely known for its effect of inhibiting acetylcholine secretion, such as botulinum toxin. They enhance skin barrier and improve skin texture.

  • Oligopeptide Complex : Oligopeptide-1, Oligopeptide-2, Oligopeptide-3, Oligopeptide-4 and Oligopeptide-5 is increasing proliferation of Fibroblast and Keratinocyte cells.

  • Palmitoyl Oligopeptide and Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 proliferate collagen and inhibits MMP-1 (colla- genase). also, promote skin permeation.

Secret 2. PDGFA/B

Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) is one of the numerous growth factors, or proteins that regulate cell growth and division. PDGF driving the proliferation of undifferentiated mesenchymal cells. PDGF signalling has been implicated in tissue remodelling and cellular differentiation. PDGF plays a role in embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell migration, and angiogenesis. PDGF is a required element in cellular division for fibroblast, a type of connective tissue cell. PDGF supports biological active such as anti wrinkle effect and hair regeneration effect.

Secret 3. Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is contained between collagen and elastin fiber tissue of skin dermis layer.

If hyaluronic acid is lacking, vacant space sinks. Hyaluronic acid can store more than 1000 times its own weight of moisture, moisture retaining ability is the most excellent moisture.

Hyaluronic acid, a natural moisturizing agent, is added to the skin to make the skin shiny and elastic.

Secret 4. Glutathione

Glutathione, which is commonly known as an whitening injectable ingredient, reduces melanin pigmentation in the skin and replaces the melanin pigment that has been deposited with bright melanin to brighten the skin tone.

Secret 5. 48 amino acids + minerals + vitamin complex

The cellofill complex, which is prescribed as the main ingredient in cell culture media, contains nucleic acids, coenzymes, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that act as catalysts for various biochemical reactions in skin cells, providing an optimal environment for skin cells. It provides abundant nutrients, appropriate pH concentration, and osmotic pressure to help skin cells grow well, creating an environment in which healthy skin cells can be created and grow.

Post Care

Before treatment:

  • Avoid alcoholic beverages 24 hours before treatment as they may thin the blood and increase the risk of bruising.

  • Reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you have a rash, cold sore, or blemish in the area.

  • Before your procedure, make sure you eat a good breakfast and drink something. This reduces the risk of lightheadedness during your treatment.

  • Avoid using Retin-A two days before and after treatment.

  • For two weeks before treatment, avoid taking anti-inflammatory or blood thinning medications. Certain medications and supplements, including aspirin, vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, St. John's Wort, Omega 3/Fish Oil supplements, Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, Aleve, and others, can thin the blood and increase the risk of bruising and swelling following injections.

After Treatment:

  • Do not pick or scratch the skin. Aerobic exercise or vigorous physical activity should be avoided immediately after treatment. Can resume after 72hrs.

  • Direct sunlight exposure is to be avoided immediately following the treatment. This includes any strong UV light exposure or tanning beds. SPF 30+ must be applied daily post procedure and should be integrated into your daily skin routine for best results.

  • Do not cleanse your skin the evening of your procedure

  • Do not use facial scrubs or mechanical scrubs on the body area for 2 weeks post treatment

  • Do not have laser hair removal, photofacials, chemical peels, or microdermabrasion for 2 weeks post treatment

  • Do not use hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, and excessively hot showers for 48 hours

  • Avoid sunbathing for at least 48 hrs (although, we recommend this indefinitely) to prevent UV rays from damaging your skin which slows down the benefits of the Mesotherapy Treatment. Patients who absolutely cannot avoid sun exposure should use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to maintain your improved skin.

  • Injections can be resumed in 24-72 hrs post procedure as recommended by your Monaco specialist

  • Waxing, shaving and depilatories can be resumed in 72 hrs or longer as recommended by your Monaco specialist

  • Avoid heat ( hot showers, Sauna, and intense cardio ) for 24 hrs. Heat can cause irritation to a recently treated area.

  • Topical prescription medications can be resumed in 7 days or later as recommended by your Health Care Professional. OTC acne medication may be resumed in 72hrs or greater as recommended by your Health Care Professional.
