This "Terms of Use" document outlines the conditions under which this website is made available to you. Read the Terms of Service carefully. If you use this website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. These Terms of Use will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard for choice of law principles. Disputes arising hereunder are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of Nevada.

General Individual Appointments – We require 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments. We will SMS to remind and confirm your appointment the day before.
Cancellation

Groups / Multiple Services / Packages: Bookings for groups of three (3) or more individuals, or a total of three (3) or more services must be secured with a credit card. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 24-hours in advance for weekdays or 48 hours in advance for Saturday bookings, otherwise a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total price for the services booked will be charged to your credit card.

Each new client may purchase no more than 1 Groupon service. AB Cosmetica Groupon services may only be redeemed once by first-time clients. Refunds may be offered to ineligible clients thru Groupon. ID verification and Redemption code is required before the start of a service; acceptable forms of ID include state ID, Driver’s License, and a valid passport.
Groupon Policy

Upgrades policy for Groupon Clients: Regular priced services upgrades and add-on are available to all Groupon clients with price difference. All Special Promotions upgrades are limited for Groupon Clients. Groupon upgrades to our special promotions will be charged a $25 upgrade fee to be able to choose upgrades on our special promotions.
Price difference calculation for Groupon upgrades:

Add-on upgrades: Just pay the amount as described for the add-ons.

Groupon voucher value.- (value of the service purchased through Groupon)

Upgraded service value.- (the service price that you want to upgrade)

Special Promotion Price.- (the promotional prices for selected treatments)

Upgrade fees.- (Due to high cost paid to Groupon, we will be charging a $25 upgrade fee for upgrading to our promotional priced services)
Refund Policy
Spa Products
If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a replacement or a refund. You must have a valid receipt indicating that the purchase was made within the last seven days.
Spa Services
The goal of AB Cosmetica Advanced Aesthetics is to deliver the best possible customer service and satisfaction with its spa services. When it comes time to check out, please let the receptionist know if there was a problem with your spa experience. In order to give us the opportunity to "make it right" and win your satisfaction, we guarantee that all services are rendered correctly and professionally. Upon the consent of the spa management, you will be qualified to receive a complimentary follow-up service. We only offer a complimentary follow-up service as a remedy; we do not issue refunds for spa services or packages.
Prepaid Services
Services purchased online through our website are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for another service of your choice; the amount paid will be applied to the service you selected, or it can be used as a gift for someone special.
Memberships
Terms and Conditions
Monthly memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared Monthly membership payments or if paid in full is non-refundable. AB Cosmetica Advanced Aesthetics reserves the right to change clinic policies, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice
Freezing a membership
There may be times when a member will need to freeze his/her membership for a short period of time, due to circumstantial reasons such as military leave, pregnancy, extended illness, relocation, etc. When a membership is frozen, the member is not authorized to use his/her membership services or benefits during the freeze period.

You must be a member for at least 30 days and have made at least one month’s membership payment in order to be eligible to freeze your account. Memberships may be frozen once during your annual contract period, for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 6 months, depending on the circumstantial reason that will be determined by AB Cosmetica Advanced Aesthetics. The member may designate a date to end their freeze period at any time. If no end date is given, the membership will be frozen for the full 6 month freezing period. At the end of the membership freeze term, your dues will continue with your next scheduled electronic funds transfer date. Your initial membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time that your membership was frozen. The terms and conditions will continue to apply through the extended membership term. To initiate a freeze, submit a written request to Spa@myabcosmetica.com.
Termination
A 15 day written notice to Spa@myabcosmetica.com before your next scheduled payment is required to cancel a monthly membership plan. No refunds will be issued after monthly membership due has been charged or paid in full.
Auto-Renewal
Your membership will automatically be renewed at the end of the annual term, unless you submitted a written request to terminate your membership. During the renewal of your membership, your account will continually be charged the monthly membership fee. If your membership is a Prepaid Membership, reloading is require when the balance reach to $100 and under in order to keep you membership active.
*** The Monthly Membership is a 12-month commitment that begins on day of purchase. Pre-authorization for monthly credit card debit is required.***
